What kind of items do you collect?
We collect coats and jackets. We take all sizes for men, women and children.

What if my coat is worn, damaged or dirty?
We take coats in any condition. All coats are washed before being handed out If the coat is past saving, it gets re-purposed through another charity.

Where will my coat end up?
With a proud new owner. Our aim is for individuals to own the coats outright with no cost or obligation. The coats are distributed through partner non-profit organisations. Together, we help men, women and children of all ages and ethnic groups.

Do you collect anything other than coats?
We only collect coats. A coat serves the user during the cold winter days and nights.

Where do I donate my coats?

When can I donate my coats?
During normal business hours 08.00 – 17.00 Mon to Fri (Timeless Africa Safaris & Victory Trading) and at Aquarius Mon – Sunday, all hours.

Can you pick up the coats I collect?
Due to limited resources we are unable to pick up coats unless you have hosted an event and pre-arranged pick-up. However, if you have piles of coats and a problem getting them to us, please contact us and we will make a plan.

Is this only in Cape Town?
Yes, we are a locally based initiative.

I represent a non-profit organisation, can we receive coats?
Please get in touch and we will see how we can help. You must possess proof of non-porfit or charitable organisation status.

Can schools get coats for students in need?
Yes, please get in touch and we will do our best to help as quickly as possible.

Can I display your poster?
Yes please, we have posters that we are happy to send to individuals, schools, clubs, churches, businesses etc. who would like to collect coats. Please get in touch.
